After breaking a decal (I understood to be part of the repair) and refusing to replace it, proceeded to get argumentative and started berating me with insults. Called me an ass-hole and a few other things multiple times. He eventually relented and said he'd cover it, not even sure if I'll take it back for that. I'm definitely never taking any vehicle for work here again.
From an accurate and reasonable estimate, booked appointment and completion as promised, on time and impeccable work, Luigi and staff are superb! Car returned washed and cleaned. Thanks so much.

Got in my first car accident and the team at The Touch Up Spot couldn't have been better. From my initial phone call to when I picked up my car they were wonderful. They negotiated with my insurance on my behalf and ensured I received the best parts for my car. I was even able to rent a car from them. They called and updated me at every step of the way and took the stress out of this accident. Thank you for everything...I highly recommend them!!!!

I had The Touch Up Spot paint my rockers and cab corners after I had a partnering shop do the body work. As per The Touch Up Spots recommendation I had the body bedlined and then painted white. The first issue I had was that The Touch Up Spot could not stick to the schedule I was given and then when I received my vehicle I found paint all over my black trim and was told it was not the painters job to remove any trim or clean the mess. In addition to that all of the lines were crooked and jagged. After discussing it with The Touch Up Spot I was told I would have to pay additional money to have it redone the right way after I removed all of the trim. Now twenty-two months later, the paint has now peeled off of my rockers in spots leaving bare metal exposed. I do understand that is almost two years but this vehicle has been oil sprayed annually and the rockers are not rotting out. The issue seems to be that the paint is peeling right off of the bare metal as it has not created a proper bond and with exposure to the weather it is peeling off in pieces. The Touch Up Spot has claimed they used primer, bedliner, and paint although after having a paint representative and a professional body and paint shop look at the paint peeling I was informed the peeling paint shows there was no primer or etech primer used. After reaching out to The Touch Up Spot I was told that it was not their issue and that they do not want to discuss it any further. I would not recommend The Touch Up Spot for any body work or paint.
I’m sure this will be taken down. And I see all these post are from 2012. I’ve never dealt with these guys before only going on what I can only guess used to be their reputation . I paid 500 cash today for what I can guess was a couple of black strips down along the box liner of my truck and a wax job. What I was suppose to get was scratches buffed out especially on the hood of my pickup and a few that where on the body of the truck, front bumper cleaned up (bugs and whatever) the box liner strip along the top of the box, the headlights buffed a good wax job and any minor touch ups he could do. Luigi told me that we were told to bring in a touch up stick , that’s why the job wasn’t done. My question is why a touch up stick (something that never was discussed) when u said you can buff out the scratches ? He wouldn’t answer any question that I asked and told me to get off the property. So were is the customer service. NONE. And rude to add to it. Denise White
Hello Denise, It's unfortunate that you feel this way. I can understand how conversations can get mis construed when you were not present for the conversation about repairs being done to your husbands truck. None the less, I repaired all the items quoted on the work order which was a 3 Stage Polish & wax, Bedliner of the box side rails, and a front bumper flash repair.
In regards to this job, I had spoken to your husband and not yourself, so when you came into our shop asking "so what did we actually do to the truck" and that we were "ridiculous", we did feel you were lashing out on a topic you were never present for and had no concept of how the bodyshop/refinishing industry works.
You're husband and I had an understanding of all the things that were to be completed so I did not appreciate you coming to our place of work and be lilting our abilities and finished products. Due to your mannerism this is why we asked you to leave the premisses and not come back. We have NEVER had an issue with any of our customers like this so it just goes to show the type of negativity you bring into a situation.
The touch up spot fixed my Lincoln, made all the bad rustiest on my car go away and painted parts of my car, and it looks like it just came off the assembly line int he factory!
The quality and promptness of Luigi's work exceeded my expectation. and he offered excellent value. Luigi is also a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I will be returning soon with another bit of work that needs attending to. I have recommended him to friends.
Luigi and his team are perfectionist in there trade, Myself and my family use him often for dings, dents and sometimes crashes, car cleaning and more. He runs a great show and is the best at what he does. I would highly reccomend him. Kelly Rizzo
