They should be very comfortable. They provide a natural contour to fit your arch, not to hold it up. This compensates for the pressure of the shoe upper, laces, strap, or elastic, which tend to force the arch down.

Priority Balancing reactivates seven dysfunctions that virtually always result from foot distortion. An uncorrected shoe is the cause. You will need inserts as long as you wish to wear shoes that fit. Wearing uncorrected shoes will result in a recurrence of these undermining dysfunctions in a few days to a few weeks, depending on the amount of strain on the feet.
