The Brantford Fitness Centre is Brantford’s premier locally-owned and operated full service fitness club.

Boasting a full range of cardio machines and full selection of free weight offerings, everything under our roof is of great use to the keep-fit crowd.

The full sized studio is where our group fitness classes take place and it also houses our spin-bikes, TRX apparatus as well as all of the other accessories to complete our full line-up of classes.

The Brantford Fitness Centre also has the very unique outdoor training course with a large number of obstacles that are seen in the various adventure races that are so popular right now.

A selection of healthy shakes and supplements are available at reception and please feel free to relax and read today’s paper in our ultra-comfortable members lounge.

Our commitment to the local community has seen us forge some great relationships with all of the local sports organizations and a large number of their teams utilize our facility for their team training events.

We are very proud to be the training home of some of the most recognizable professional and amateur athletes in the area.
