We offer Occupational Therapy with a collaborative philosophy, working with children, adolescents, and adults.

As Occupational Therapists, we help kids and families with:

-self-regulation skills:  tantrums, meltdowns, dealing with big emotions, skills for your child and you as parents
-sensory processing:  assessment, treatment, early-autism intervention 
-printing and fine motor skills
-anxiety – dealing with fears, avoidance and withdrawal
-adolescent counselling
-preschoolers:  play skills/early autism, activities of daily living (toiletting, dressing, feeding)


As Occupational Therapists, we help adults with:
-understanding and working with your adult diagnosis of ADHD, ASD
-return to work
