Chef Shawn has created a fabulous menu for Easter Dinner to assist us in continuing to nourish our cherished children. Help OKB feed the Children ๐ We are offering Turkey Dinners this coming Easter long weekend ๐ Our amazing Chef has put together a beautiful Turkey Dinner and will be available for pickup on Saturday April 16 between 10am and 3pm. Dinner includes: โ Roasted Then Braised Turkey - Slow-Roasted deboned Turkey (white and dark Meat) then gently braised in a Turkey demi glacé with wine, Garlic, sage & rosemary โ Roasted vegetables with clarified butter, herbs and balsamic reduction โ Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Buttermilk, toasted garlic and scallions โ Sourdough stuffing with mirepoix, sage, rosemary, cranberries, and roasted walnuts โ @thejellygirls Amazing Cranberry sauce...wait until you try it ๐คค And for dessert: โ Caramel apple-pear crisp, Bourbon caramel cream ๐ Food will be packaged in oven-ready containers with easy heating instructions ๐ This meal feeds a family of 4 and is $79.95 or $21.95 per person ๐ All proceeds of these dinners go back into feeding the children.
