Your HVAC system is going to be working hard this summer, here are some things you can do to help keep things working well during the hot summer days.

1. Check and change those filters
2. Set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature rather than 18 or 19. The hotter it is the harder it works so don't demand too much of your system in this heat.
3. Close registers on the lower floors where it stays cooler, this will help direct more air flow to the upper levels where it feels warmer.
