Do you see that white ball in the sky? Could it be....the sun?!?! There doesn’t seem to be much warmth generating from it thus far, but it’s here and we’ll take it’s appearance without complaint. The snow is almost completely gone and the calendar says that spring is officially here. You can hear songbirds singing at dawn and various early plants are poking their heads up through the soil. Things are looking up. We’re just in time for April Showers.



We’ve already experienced the start of “Busy Bike Mechanic Season”. If you need some work done on your existing bike, bring it in sooner rather than later. At this point you can expect a speedy three-business-day turnaround time.



We really need Mother Nature to comply because of this.....the drying out and the season opening of our very own Brantford Rotary Bike Park. Need a BMX bike or dirt jumper so that you can start hanging out here? Does that old Hutch/ GT/ Redline/ Kuwahara/ Hoffman/ Haro/ PK from back in the day need some fresh rubber and cables in it’s resurrection? If so, we’re all set for a successful BMX season with a good selection of completes and upgrade parts in stock. Let the good times begin!



Retul FIT

Over the last nine years, we have proceeded to improve our FIT offerings.  We have moved into the RETUL FIT process, which has partially evolved from the Body Geometry FIT protocol we’ve used all along.  Bike fit is a very important part of every rider’s experience!  FIT is a great idea for everyone!  Mountain bikers, recreational rail trail riders, or casual road riders can all benefit from the same technology and techniques employed on racers and the most serious riders.

It’s BIKE O’ THE MONTH time again! In hopes of luring the warm rays of the sun, here is a bright neon yellow Cannondale Cujo 3. This is a 27.5+ bike, or what is sometimes referred to as a half fat. This 2018 model features a refined trail geometry with a longer front center and a 1x10 drivetrain controlled by Shimano’s tried and true Deore components. A Suntour XCR fork supplies enough squish to the front end while keeping the price super affordable. WTB Ranger 27.5 x 2.8 tires lend the traction. Tektro Auriga hydraulic brakes keep everything under control.
